Hi!

Special shields for Arduino MEGA 2560 would be nice (with all pins, so you can still use them and they are not hidden behind the shield).

I'm not certain what you mean by special shields, but these proto shields have all the pins, including the ICSP connector.

I'm using the mega 2560 with plenty of shields (amongst them the Ethernet shield) and I do not get your request.
Because the shields are smaller I can still connect to the extra mega pins. I have my proper custom shield there.
Have you tried?

Ah, the extra pins are not covered by the shield? OK! I didn't know, because I will now order my first shield (Ethernet). Thank you!
