Topic: Tutorials for arduino to pcb conversion? (Read 1 time) previous topic - next topic

Keith Brown

Hey guys!

I have a handy little circuit that I use all the time with my arduino. I want to free up my arduino for other projects. What are my first steps in converting this circuit into a pcb or breadboard circuit? Does anyone know of a good tutorial or series i can watch or read on the net? Anything to consider?

Any information would be helpful.
Thanks
Keith

Simply google:-
arduino standalone
there are lots of examples.

You need a surface mount design, or a thru hole design?

Trough hole design.

I don't want to remake the arduino. Just the circuit I designed and the mega chip.
, if needed. How do I figure out what I need?

Post the schematic you want - will take one of us maybe all of 15 minutes to adapt one of the designs from the hardware page into something you can send off to iteadstudios.com and get 10 PCBs back for $10 or $25 depending on the size.

Other option is download eagle from cadsoft.de (cadsoftusa.com?) and spend some time at sparkfun.com going thru the eagle tutorial there.
