Bigger Bigger Smaller Smaller Reset Reset

Hi all,

I am looking if the following can be done without to much of a problem using a GSM module...

request the value of PH and CF probe to mobile phone

trigger relays and recieve message once relay has completed timed closed state

trigger inputs on event/alarm and receive messages to phone

send probe values to phone a few times a day i.e 12.00, 18.00, 00.00 etc

Is there a recognised Arduino gsm module....on another post I was reading last night the GSM module was in development but the post was about a year old

There are a number of gsm shields, like http://www.sparkfun.com/products/9607

Google for 'arduino gsm shield' for more.

Are these official Arduino products?

No, they aren't official Arduino products, but that isn't a problem. The third party support for the Ardiuno is one of it's biggest strengths. Sparkfun make generally well regarded hardware.
