[Question] Shipment & Order (Starter Kit)

Hello everyone :),

I go to the forum because the support is not very reactive at the moment ...

I ordered the "Starter Kit" June 24, 2013.

The next day the status of my order has changed to "update" what does it means?
Currently I still have not received my order, more than 15 days are passed.

I wanted to know if some people in this forum live in Switzerland (Or another country), and if so what was the delay for the delivery ?

Where did you order it from?

The Arduino Store (store.arduino.cc)

From the store page:

On shipping of goods the customer will be sent a confirmation of shipping email.

Did you get such an email?

Yes, Two mails,
The fist mail is the confirmation when i bought the starter pack, and the next day i recived that:

Date Ordered: Monday 24 June, 2013

Your order has been updated to the following status:
New status: Update
