Please help me in Gerber file.i am newbie in eagle product design. manufacturer says some error in Gerber file. i am attaching the file here

I don't see a top-layer copper layer (normally "level.gtl")

A bunch of your silkscreen layer has very fine lines, some of which overlap pads. Both of those MIGHT be considered errors, but I'd just be guessing at what the manufacturer means by "error" - hopefully you have a better description of the errors than you have provided.
