I am a beginner in this field and really need your help to solve a problem, That is, I want to connect a C program to my Arduino.... in other words, I just need to send data from C program to my Arduino.... please help me to overcome this problem.....

For the code on the Arduino side have a look at the examples in Serial Input Basics - simple reliable ways to receive data.
A similar technique will work on any program.
The system in the 3rd example will be the most reliable.
