Problem with Arduino industrial 101

Hello,

I have plugged Arduino industrial 101 board to my Macbook with micro USB to USB cable.

A yellow Led is ON during a few seconds and becomes OFF.
A green Led is ON any time.
Sometimes a blue LED is blinking

I have launched Arduino IDE software. I can select "arduino industrial 101" entry in Tools > Board Menu but i do not see any entry in Tools > Port Menu

I have also tried to look if the board is creating a WIFI network but i do not see anything.

I tried to play with the 2 buttons (resets). It does not change anything.

What should i do to make this board working ?

Please note: I wait a few minutes and wifi access point is OKAY
But i still cannot see serial port in arduino IDE. How can i enable serial port ?
