I need an Arduino programmed waterproof sensor possibly works on a single unit 3.6v battery. Sensor area of up 2metres and the sensor will need to be connected to a vibration motor and to the arduino micro.

The Arduino is to create communication between the sensor and the vibration motor to increase the power in the vibration motor as an object becomes closer to an a sensor. The dimensions of the parts used need to fairly small as it needs to fit into a small unit.
