Dial special number with A6

Hi.

I have an A6 GSM GPRS module working fine. I need to dial special numbers like 122# or 10120#.
When I send the command ATD122# or ATD10120# I receive +CME ERROR:500.

ATD65874568 dials normally.

Any idea how to dial those numbers??
