Arduino pic's

Today, I downloaded Processing for the communications benefits with arduino.
I had a look on the main processing page, http://processing.org/.
It looks to be a good choice for editing images, so that is what I have been
doing. I imported apicture of the old arduino from http://www.google.ca/imgres?imgurl=http://www.hms-beagle.com/images/arduino.jpg&imgrefurl=http://www.hms-beagle.com/beagle_workshops.html&usg=__2sOjOd1pTjZOXI0R6CkCvKg3w1U=&h=345&w=480&sz=52&hl=en&start=0&zoom=1&tbnid=w7fBibp-jmk3KM:&tbnh=114&tbnw=159&prev=/images%3Fq%3Darduino%26hl%3Den%26biw%3D1366%26bih%3D576%26gbv%3D2%26tbs%3Disch:1&itbs=1&iact=hc&vpx=456&vpy=110&dur=2208&hovh=190&hovw=265&tx=159&ty=106&ei=lEsaTdfWN46whQfb7aS5Dg&oei=lEsaTdfWN46whQfb7aS5Dg&esq=1&page=1&ndsp=21&ved=1t:429,r:2,s:0.

I then set about playing!

With the tint() function, I made the arduino look wierd:

Hope you like them!

Onions,

You've got the right tool for the job. I use processing very extensively in a lot of places from image processing to teaching demos.

Too bad that the forum moved and kicked us old members out and I had to climb the ladder again so I decided not to visit their forum anymore.

It used to have the same look and feel as this forum and now it's all weired. I was a darn full member. Took many posts to reach that status.

not to derail but does it matter what your status was?

I've helped many on that forum like I have on this one and all that kind of puffed when they decided to move away. I just couldn't deal with reality I guess.

There are only two people who pay attention to Forum Status: 1) Those who have it and 2) Annoying "newbies" looking to email/PM someone.

@Onions, Can you round out your processing for a complete set of pictures emulating the famous Andy Warhol effect?

James, you see through me. I should worry less about my forum stats from now on (now that I have reached magic 500 posts ;). My biggest concern now it to find the right house so my wife gets her home office and I move my arduino stuff into a workshop. Next thing is getting ready for school next semester. It's going to be my first attempt to use arduino in 300-level teaching. I'll start a new thread to ask for suggestions

As requested...

Very cool! ;D
