Bringing an Arduino on a airplane?

Im planning a trip soon, and I usually carry my smaller fragile items with me. The more Ive been thinking about it, the more I think carrying an Arduino on me might be a bad idea in the attention it could possibly draw. Anyone ever get hassled for carrying their Arduino on them?

I take my Arduino with me on planes all the time, and I never have had a problem in US.

Don't sweat it. The TSA is only interested in musical instruments and belt buckles...

Just in case they've broadened the scope of their insanity, I suggest carrying a print-out of the forbidden list from the TSA website.

just do not place AA batteries (or other tubes) besides them as it might look "bad" on the rontgen scanner

What if you bring a components box with you?

Won't the microprocessors freak them out?
