Training of Arduino in Bihar in India

I come from an state located in the heart of India, currently I am pursuing Three Year Diploma course in Electronics Engineering. I came to know about Arduino through a friend.
I am very keen to use the interface of Arduino for my final semester project but I am not aware of proper training facility in my location. If there is some one running training sessions please reply or personally mail me.
