Unfortunately, the error message is very unhelpful in this particular case. It doesn't tell us anything about why the upload failed. Very strange. Do you get the exact same error output every time you upload? Specifically, this part:
Overriding Baud Rate : 115200
An error occurred while uploading the sketch
