Me estoy iniciando en el mundo de arduino cuando me compre esta placa en Aliexprex

quise hacer la prueba para ver si funcionaba en unos videos que vi en Youtube con unos codigos ya predefinidos por el programa de arduino de intentar parpadear el led que lleva consigo la placa a los ritmos que uno marque y el problema es que me da problemas al cargar en la placa arduino adjunte unas fotos para que haber si me podeis hechar un cable con este dilema.

Hello, the boards are same, if you purchased a board Arduino Mega generic she go to function of the same way what the genuine, but advice the purchased the board genuine in the site arduino.cc
You might want to start with a simpler board, if you are new to Arduino - that one is kind of strange - it is NOT a standard Arduino Mega. It looks like a great board for someone with experience with Arduino, making a big project that needs WiFi and the features of an Arduino Mega, but I think it would be confusing if you just started with Arduino.
It is the equivalent to an Arduino Mega 2560 clone (CH340G based, you need to download that driver), with an ESP8266 WiFi adapter built in.
It looks like you use that row of switches to control whether the USB serial is connected to the ATmega2560 or the ESP8266 (so you can upload custom program to that too), and whether is connected to the ATmega2560 so it can act as a WiFi adapter.
