MuRata overvoltage problem?

Has anyone heard about the MuRata module failing due to being connected directly to the USB 5 volts (VDD_USB)? The MuRata data sheet shows pin 4 connected to 5 volts, but the spec sheet says pin 4 cannot be over 3.6 volts.

I haven't modified my board, but it seems to work ok.

Has the ABX00017-B board solved the problem of consumption?.
