I'm looking forward a wearable on/off switch (for a 1100 mAh LiPo battery powering up 25 leds more or less 400 mA, so I cannot use the Lilypad power on module...) in order to give to the customer that will fit the dress the possibility to switch on/off all the leds. Any suggestions?

You could look at small slide switches
Or maybe add in a switch like this
Or just the switch

I see the links but they are too big for a dresses, I mean I am looking forward something with width like lilyPad (1.8 mm). Is it possibile?

Did you look at the surface mount slide switches? I don't think you can get smaller than these.
