I've researched a bit the options I have to power my wearable project based on the Nano 33BLE Sense.
I really would like to use LiPos for their size and shape especially.
I know I can't power it up directly from the LiPo (too high for 3.3, and too low for 4.5-21), so I'm looking for options.
I've found that : Nano 33 LiPo Adapter nano9jira which is EXACTLY what I would need, but can't find anywhere to buy it !
Do I need to "build" it myself ?
I've also found the Pimoroni LiPo SHIM which is designed for the RPi familly but seems to be what I'm looking for right ?
I've tried to research other battery solutions but they all are way too big for my project (2xAAA size is already too big)
I just ordered the nano9jira pcb. I uploaded the gerber files to a pcb manufacturer's website and am having 5 shipped to me by next week.
Not sure if you still need one, but considering I have 4 extras I'd be happy to sell one to you to cover shipping and the cost of the board.
I'll be using mine in a DIY bicycle power meter project. If you want to stay tuned and follow my journey using this custom pcb maybe it will help you. I update my blog daily here:

Hi, I am from Köln, Germany. I am interested in the same board as well!! Do you still have extras? Or maybe can you tell me about the manufacturer itself. That would be of great help. Thanks!
I have since abandoned this project in favor of the Adafruit LiPo Backpack for ItsyBitsy. With a slight modification this can be used with the Arduino Nano 33 BLE.
The custom pcb is another feasible option. But it is a real headache to solder such tiny resistors. I highly advise going with the backpack instead.
