Power Source for Arduino UNO and 3 Relay Shield with 8 Relais

Hello everyone,

I ask your advice to power supply simultaneously Arduino UNO and 3 relay shield with 8 relais like this:

If I understand well, Arduino needs (as optimum) 7 V, the cards need 5V.
(I specify that I will use at most 5 relays simultaneously)

I thought I would use this:

And then reduce the voltage to 7 V and to 5 V with two of these:
