It has been a long time, again. I have made a little progress. The battery charger works.
But I am experiencing a different problem now. I can not get the boost circuit to work. When ever I set it up and hook up the battery. It starts to smoke. I am using the basic circuit in the PDF. I do not know what I am doing wrong.
