Small screen for displaying short videoclips

Hello,

I'm making theatrical project where I'm going to need a mask (which will be printed in 3D technology). Instead of lips, it will have a space to attach a small screen that will visualise speaking (everything will be recorded before) and other things.
Size of the screen should be around 2''.
is it possible? To just move some videoclip to SD card and play it on Arduino?

One of my friends said that Arduino should fit me needs. But also metioned Raspberry Pi. But Raspberry Pi seems to be 'bigger' and I think it would be problematic to attach to the mask.

Kind regards.

Arduino is not going to play video. Well, maybe some of the SAMD21 versions can, but I'd recommend a pi.
I have used a small TFT screen for the Raspberry Pi that works pretty well. It's 56x86mm so it's a bit larger than 2" but close.

It plugs right into the pi, no extra connectors needed.
