Send data from Arduino to Java application on a PC

I'm new in Arduino I wonder ,Is it possible to send data from multi-Arduino to Java application on a PC ?
arduino and java app is connected through wifi and socket tcp/ip. It's like a picture was attached

yes it is possible. both sides talk TCP or UDP

Thank you ! I search and found so many AC Current Sensor . However I'm not sure Which one is good If you please share me diagram to connect AC current Sensor and Code for them. I really appreciate for your help
