Have you some example sketch, or is it the same come of witch the original ethernet lib... also, did you have to replace the original lib with this one...

Look like very processing. I want to use it in a similar project, with a multi room thermostat controlled by internet.
To keep in the DMA performance idea, I enable the ADC PDC sequencer on all 12 analog input: ADC_SEQR
Enable DMA for the interface web server should be very cool !!
