On the project that you want, you have diagram how to connect the wires.
The driver that you have, is very similar with one on the diagram.
1st motor wires go on 1A1 and 1B1, 2nd motor go on 1A2 and 1B2. You can choose any pins from 1 to 13. VCC go on 5v or 3.3v on Arduino , and GND go on GRD on Arduino.
Later in your code you will define what pins you have used as control pins for motors.
