I am trying to read a TCS34735 sensor with an MKR1200, using I2C.
Can anyone help me to read this sensor and trigger an alarm via sigfox network when color values change?

You have a sensor that you did not provide a link to connected in some mysterious fashion to an Arduino that is running some unpublished code. And, you need help with that code.
Does that really seem likely?
