I am just started to configure the MKR1000 IoT board, however, during the process of connecting cloud via home wifi, it fails to connect.

Hi. It's not clear to me exactly what the problem is you're having. Please provide some more information about what you did, at which step you got the failure to connect, and the full text of any error or warning messages you saw.
