Hi i have a question about the access to a arduino via telnet whit a ethernet shield from a cisco router device. My question is: inside in a router cisco command line is posible access to a arduino via telnet???

For such stuff telnet is simply a TCP connection that transfers characters. Think of it as a serial connection (with a few exceptions but that's the basic line).
