avrdude verification error content mismatch ....Nano

Using Arduino Avrdude, stk500, Bootloader issues

Hi
I have a project that I use almost every day consisting of a Nano, small screen to display temperature via a max6675.
It has worked fine for a year.
Checked wiring etc. Decided to re-install software, compiles fine then just when I think all is well, I get
"avrdude verification error content mismatch"

Any thoughts pls? The Nano is cheap "knock Off"

Hi. Did you find a solution? I just bougt a NanoCH340/ATMEGA328 and I have the exact same problem, please, make me know if ther's a way to solve this.
