The more board options a project has, the more time is wasted when switching between different projects.
Please add option to "store settings" for every item below, and including "board" to a file in project directory.
Then, when loading a project, if such file is found, restore settings.

it will be free. Arduino Pro IDE (alpha preview) with advanced features | Arduino Blog
and there are other options. I use Eclipse Sloeber plugin
