Powering 2 uno's, 3 servos, LED's, 2 solenoids, relays, and a motor shield.

I have built myself a Haunted Tree for Halloween. The tree is equipped with a motion. When triggered the motion will activate one of the six built in scares.

  1. 3 Crows and 3 LED's
Each crow have on servo motor to turn it's head back and forth. The 3 LEDs are positioned above to light them.

  2. A Clown swing.
This is a battery powered prop that will be triggered by the "Try Me" button.

  3. A Falling Limb
I am using a Switch Relay to activate the 12v solenoid.
    2 CHANNEL RELAY:

4)Spiders that "fall" from the limb and climb back up. I used a motor shield to control two RC car wheels. The wheels turn forward to lower fake spiders attached to the wheel with fishing line and reverse to raise them back up. The motor shield is stacked and powered by its own uno

  1. Owl Hole. This is just a hole in the tree. There is a stencil of an owl that is back lit by 4 LED's.

  2. The sixth scare is a separate "Stump". It contains a 110v solenoid to trigger a mask that pops up out of the top. There are 4 LEDs to light the mask. The solenoid is connected to the 2 channel Relay.
    2 CHANNEL RELAY:

The "master" uno has an MP3 shield stacked on it. All of the wiring is from this uno.
I currently have this uno powered by the USB. The uno with the motor shield is powered by a wall wart.

I can make each scare work individually, but when I put everything together there doesn't seem to be enough power. The 2Chanel relay indicated that it's working but it doesn't "click" the switches on/off.
My crows cause a terrible interference with the sound and they do not operate properly.
I have the capability to add additional outside power, but I don't know how or how much.
As of now I am using uno power to control the 3 crows, a 9v battery to power the falling limb, uno powered by the wall wart to operate the motor shield that operates the two DC motors for the spiders, uno power from the master for the Owl LEDs, an extension cord spliced into the relay to power the 110v solenoid in the stump and master uno power for the stumps LED's.
I have a bread board to help power things but I just don't know how to go about doing it.

I see you aren't getting replies either, don't feel left out

@Lilblkshp:
You know that thread is "one Halloween season" old?

If the PO would come back, my advice would be to use a multimeter (current measure) and do each trick one by one and write down the current being displayed. Then add all positions, add another 10-20% as reserve and you will know what power supply is required.
