I build rockets and am trying to find a cheap way to track and came across this:

Well I want to be able to hook it up to my phone and track the rocket using the GPS data, however, I can't simply plug it into my phone. I would like to use Bluetooth and am wondering if there is a board that simply will let me plug in the receiver and then transmit the data to my phone?
When thinking of buying such a device such as that the first things I would consider are;
- Is it legal to use in my part of the World.
- Is the person selling it going to provide me with support.
- Is there a manual, sample code etc.
