Arduino uno programming using avrisp

Using Arduino IDE 1.x

So would you plz guide me to the correct pins ?
I see on Arduino pins that
Pin13 is the sck
Pin12 is the miso
Pin11 is the mosi
Pin10 is the ss (is it the same as Reset pin ?)

I will power my board using an external Adaptor
