ID & PAC = 0

Hardware MKR Family MKRFOX1200

Hi,
On first use, i get ID and PAC from MKRFOX1200
When I have configurated temperatura example, it doesn´t work.

I have checked ID and PAC and both are 0000000. Something is wrong? Is MKRFOX1200 ko?
