BPM Sensor project - Print in the Serial the BPM's

Hi Guys.

I am trying to run the BPM project with BPM sensor.
Something is wrong with my project , actually the BPM printed in the serial is showing 300~400 BPM , that is too much for a normal human ( me).
Could someone help me and check the settings for this project? i would like to adjust the project to have a correct BPM indication in the serial printed.
