To start off im an absolute amature so I would like to ask if anyone wants to write a bit of code for me, i would of course trade some of my hard earned money for this service.

Basically I need to program an attiny45 or 85 to put out short bursts of high frequency pwm at a duty cycle of 15% the bursts are in the khz range need to last 100 ms and shut off for 500 ms.
I have tried using the delay function and that does not work as the frequency is never accurate.
