Pcb design using eagle

Hi, everyone I finally got my meter unit working
Been trying get eagle to work but won't let me add Adriano board for start,
Adruino uno, ads1115, micro as, ds3231, 2x acs712, 2 voltage deviders
Trying make plug and play pcb

Here's my diagram if any can help me or tell I made big mistake

Max pcb size 130x114mm, 2mm thick, 2 layers

Are you looking for an Eagle Arduino component? There are a few in GitHub. Google should help

The sparkfun and adafruit eagle libraries both have some boards and board outlines available. If you have a max pcb size, could you go with a pro mini instead of an uno? Or just put an atmega328, a crystal, and a few caps into your design?
