Arduino.exe will not start on my 64 bit XP machine. It will start then the application closes. Need some help. Driver was installed correctly and Java is current
open the console (start->execute->cmd.exe)
go to your arduino's directory (example cd c:/arduino)
write arduino.exe and post here the ouput.
arduino.exe is in arduino\arduino-0022 directory. When I wrote the file there was a huge amount of just unrecognized symbols do you wish to have that info?
strange, normally you have the ide's log... you can try to launch arduino as java application, but i don't remember the command
I think that I will remove all Arduino software and try starting over
I did a new download and everything seems to be fine, thank you for your help.
