No response from Arduino Store

Any suggestions on how to get a refund? I’ve messaged the Arduino Store every day for a week. They’ve requested screenshots about my non working MKR1010 boards which I promptly responded to but haven’t heard anything back in a couple days. At this point I don’t even want an exchange. I want a full refund and be done with it. Any help or suggestions are appreciated.
