The computer doesn't detect the Arduino MKR 1000

I connect the arduino to the PC and it is not detected. I tried to reset but nothing.

have you tried other USB Ports on your computer, or a different cable? in Windows ( almost any version ) open device manager and once there plug in your arduino, do you see any change in your USB device list?
