Ultrasonic Sensor question.

I'm doing an Underwater ROV for my final year project and would like to include an ultrasonic sensor (specifically JSN-SR04) attached to my ROV. Will that ultrasonic sensor works well under-water or not? This sensor is the best for my project because it's less expensive than any other waterproof ultrasonic sensors out there. Also, if it does works well under water, do I need to do some waxing on some part of the sensor? Thanks.

Did your research show ANY hint the device could be used under water?

The acoustic impedance of water is 3000 times higher than air, you have to use a hydrophone for
underwater sonar, its just so very different from air. Also you need very high frequencies for any
resolution as the speed of sound is 4.5 times higher too. Sonar kit is, I believe, expensive.
