200-500mV Sensor?

I see two choices:

  1. Use a 10 Ohm sense resistor to get a 2V-5V range, then connect to an Arduino analog input.
  2. Use an op-amp wired with a gain of 10 to amplify the 500mV to 5V, then connect to an Arduino analog input.
