Arduino and Hologram Installation

Hello everyone,
I'm new to this community, and recently I saw a youtube video about using Arduino and hologram together. Hologram Project - 單一Arduino 接多 RFID Readers - YouTube
I am pretty new to Arduino, and would love to learn how to create something like this. If anyone knows, please help. Or anyone has some cool Arduino and hologram ideas, open to suggestions.

I suspect the Arduino is only used to read the RFID tags and everything else was done with a PC.

There is no shortage of Forum threads about using RFID tags.
