GSM MKR 1400 CPIN Error

Hi there,

So I bought two MKR 1400 recently, they both doesn't recognize my SIM cards (that works perfectly with my other modems).

AT

OK
AT+CMEE=2

OK
AT+CPIN?

+CME ERROR: SIM not inserted
AT+COPS=0

+CME ERROR: SIM not inserted
AT+COPS?

+COPS: 0

OK

knowing that I've not used a external battery.

How I can solve this problem?

Hi

I had the same issue, I solved it by not pushing the SIM to the end of the case, just a few 1/10mm before.
