i want to connect RPM Tracking sensor(input) to the board and using this data(input ) operate the two solenoids with in the time 0- 25 milliseconds which ARDUINO BOARD is suitable for my project.

RPM =3000 to 6000
solenoid type = DC
Voltage =12 v
soleniods speed =0 to 25 milliseconds
