If I have an Arduino Diecimila with 16 LED Drivers (STP16C596) connected, and with 256 LEDS connected to them(16 LEDs to each LED Driver).

  1. How many seconds or miliseconds will it take to put all the LEDS on? Thinking that all of them are on individual circuits.
    Im looking to do it fast and sure that all the LEDS light up.
  2. About using LumiLeds, could I use them or will I need a different LED Driver?
