These capacitors are supposed to be 10mm in diamater. The idiot seller shipped them as first class mail which has restriction including not more than 1/4" thick (6mm) so naturally the machine ate the caps. The seller tried to save about $1 in postage by not shipping them as first class package (thicker than 1/4") and ends up losing about $4 to reship replacements.

Exactly! Consider it a lesson learned.
Check the instructions! Maybe these are the new inflatable ones. They ship flat and you have to inflate them before using.
