Problem with boot-loader on ATmega238P

My first question in this forum !!!
I have a standalone PCB with ATmega328P and FTDI Chip original TTL-232R-5V cable.
The hard ware is according many advices and Nano PCB. RxD and TxD switched and the CTS connected though a cap to the reset signal and pull-up resistor (5V).
I used Arduino IDE and chosed "Arduino Nano", "ATmega328P", and "USBasp" in the Tools.

I got this error:

Arduino: 1.8.5 (Windows 7), Board: "Arduino Nano, ATmega328P"
avrdude: error: could not find USB device with vid=0x16c0 pid=0x5dc vendor='www.fischl.de' product='USBasp'
Error while burning bootloader.

Am I missing something?

Welcome to the forum.

Probably you missed something. The USBasp is a HW tool for uploading the AVRs (like ATmega328 is) via ISP. It has nothing with FTDI. You cannot burn the bootloader or any program via serial port if the bootloader is not present in a chip.
