I just bougth my first arduino, an arduino uno, and i can't connect it with my pc. It just don't detect it. So i investigated and found some topics about the drivers so i followed the steps said here to install manually the drivers. I reinstalled all the software, followed every step, but nothing. I'm desperated. Please help. When i try to install manually, it says "windows could not install your usb2.0 serial".

That is a CH340 based device and you need the drivers FROM HERE
You didn't mention the OS so I would advise to install as ADMINISTRATOR

Just changed the port while searching the problem said when i realized that maybe changing the port would work and it DID
