Sketch for Uno on MKR1000

By mistake,I've download sketch on MRK1000, when in Tools/Boards was selecet Arduino UNO. After that, when I download something on MKR1000, it return the mistake, but in Tools/Port it find MKR1000. Could such an error while loading so damage the board?

no, it doesn't damage the MKR1000, it simply returns an error while uploading due to the wrong selected board

I trying upload Blink(on 6 pin), and IDE return:

mkr1000 board (amd platform, arduino package) unknown
Compile Error board Arduino / Genuino MKR1000

In tools/board/Arduino/Genuino MKR1000
tools/port/dev/cu.usbmodemfd121 (Arduino/Genuino MKR1000)
"ON" led is lights
