Arduino UNO DIP or SMD

Hello,

I'm going to buy an arduino starter kit but i would like a DIP version ATmega.
Starter kit features don't talk about that and i can't find if ALL starter kit are delivred with a DIP version (A000066)

If the subject is already on an other topic, i apologised for that...

SMD is all I see for the kit.
I love the Dip/DIL version.

Get the DIP version if you can. You can easily replace the DIP 328 if it gets hosed. I have replaces 3 in my Uno due to mistakes (opportunities to learn).
