I have the 48V Li-Po battery for bicycle which is able to charge and shown charge value of 43V plus.
But when I put to use, there seem like not able to use at all. Like dead. Any idea what happen ?

A 48V LiPo would probably have 13 cells (I have never used one or come in contact with one, though) in series.
That means full, it would have up to 54V. If you think it is full at 43V (how did you charge it), it is FUBAR.

Perhaps you could give details of exactly what battery you are talking about? Most electric bike batteries are not Lipos but usually Lithium Ion.

If it is a Lipo it will be 13S as ElCaron says and it should reach 54.6V when fully charged. At only 43 volts it is empty and quite possibly damaged.
